How to go from being a great creative to being a great creative leader

The first Creative Leadership Coaching Programme for creatives in transition

“No life worthy of the name consists of anything more than the continual series of struggles to develop one’s character through the medium of whatever one has chosen as a career.”
Juan Belmonte García, Spanish bullfighter

The Creative Leadership Gap

This programme is aimed at senior creatives who have just taken —or are about to take— new creative direction responsibilities. It’s an often stressful transition period where management expectations are at their highest while the newly appointed creative leader must venture beyond their comfort zone and learn new unfamiliar skills fast and on the job.
There are many schools and advice out there to help you become a better creative, but there’s virtually no formal training to prepare you for the challenge of shifting gears in creative leadership.
Career-minded creatives realise at this point that talent is not the only decisive factor to grow professionally. Soft skills like people management, providing feedback and transitioning from talent to manager are critical to become the successful Senior Creative everyone wants to work with.
Our 10-step coaching programme covers the key growth pain points in the order and depth required by each individual and agency situation.
